Chancellor's 大使s

One of the most selective and oldest groups at the University, the Chancellor’s 大使s is an honor organization comprised of exemplary undergraduates from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Selected to serve through a competitive application process, Student 大使s act as the official hosts for events held by the Office of the Chancellor. From assisting with high-profile campus visits to attending distinguished University events, members of the Chancellor’s 大使s help foster relationships with members, 朋友, 校友, and special guests of the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

大使s are frequently asked to share their student experience at 体育菠菜大平台. Student 大使s assume their responsibilities at a mandatory retreat where they study the history of the University, discuss etiquette, and tour campus facilities. 大使s must be able to serve for the entire academic year. They are expected to attend meetings and be readily available to host University events. Generally, 大使s serve during either their junior or senior year.

Serving as an 大使 is an opportunity and a unique privilege. 学生 will polish their leadership skills, increase their self-confidence, and learn to better serve others. They will learn more about the University as they interact with other 大使s, members of the faculty and administration, and state and national leaders who visit our campus.
